Sean Rutledge, Owner

Sean has over 30 years in the construction industry, beginning as a laborer on a concrete crew and then opening his own company. Since moving on from that business, he developed new construction projects – building houses and apartment buildings. For the past 10 years, he has done remodeling. His approach is all encompassing. He works with clients to identify their dreams and makes them a reality. He scopes the projects himself, oversees the work, and often does the construction himself. Sean starts by creating a schedule for the customer based on commitment of labor and availability of materials. Unlike other organizations, you’ll see Sean on-site making sure the project goes as planned and he is extremely communicative with clients to help ease any concerns and answer any questions.

Yes, and we have permits to work in the majority of areas – if not, we can obtain them.

We don’t directly offer financing, but we are one of few companies that are FHA 203(k) approved. There are many loan types that you can work with, and we can help guide you to a broker that will work with you on which is best for your financial needs.

It all depends on the entire project. We scope out the work and give you an estimated timeline. While timelines can fluctuate with tradesmen and additional work added to the project, we do our best to complete everything by the dates we agree upon.

Yes, we will purchase the materials for you. If you prefer to purchase them yourself, that’s fine too. We can help you pick out quality materials (cabinets, hardware, trim, etc.) but if you’d like to get it yourself, we can install it.

It happens. Sometimes the agreement doesn’t work out. We can pick up where another party left off.

We don’t necessarily do everything ourselves. A lot of the work is done by us, but we oversee all aspects of the project. Our partners are people that we’ve built lasting relationships with. If they weren’t people we could trust, we wouldn’t invite them into your house.

No. We can set a lock box on at your house so trades people can do their work while you’re away. We will always communicate with you to let you know if you can expect someone coming or not.
